- Allows clients to connect multiple devices through one gateway: POS, in-store, and online.
- Device management portal tracks terminal serial numbers in real time, which enables easy reporting for compliance teams; terminals are also hot swappable in the event of migrations, break fix, device pools, etc.
- FreedomPay offers a consolidated reporting portal for reconciliation, refunding, and voids; FreedomPay has their own data lake (for larger clients) and may offer this and database-level reporting to some clients.
